Never use them! the declaration "no fix no charge" is not about this company! My case: call them to diagnose and fix an issue with running water. Their verdict was need to change a pump, obviously at additional charge and charge me £100 for just to give this advice, nothing can be done to fix it without new pump - FRAUD. I get very suspicions about it , as current pump just 10 months old, and i have called for second opinion. Other company came over and fix all within 20 min, no changing pump, and charge me less money. I have opened a dispute with Abbey Wood plumbers.
