About us: Established in 2001, as a small stockist of cardboard boxes to supply individuals with packaging for moving house etc. Since this date a lot of changes have occurred, most recently in 2019 when Moving Boxes UK Ltd acquired the site. I ordered a cardboard box for my 43in screen TV and wrote in the notes to please make sure it was not damaged :) I received my box nice and packed four days after my order. Received both confirmation emails and delivery email. Was notified when it would be delivered which was awesome as well and was able to pack my box. Could’ve packed a touch more bubble wrap but otherwise it was a great experience.

Avoid...Ordered cardboard packaging and bubble wrap from this company. Lead time on website advises usually 2-3 working days. 2 weeks after placing my order I still received NO communication about it. I cancelled my order and they did issue a full refund 9 days later. If the product isn't in stock don't allow customers to purchase it!!

I ordered a few different items for a home move, and after a week of no communication, called and was told they were experiencing supply problems and couldn't get hold of the majority of things I'd ordered.
"Fine," I said, "please just send on what you have and refund the rest."
"Of course," they said.
It's been 6 months since this conversation, and I'm still awaiting the refund. I've spoken to them numerous times on the phone and via email, and been promised that it is "being processed" and will be with me soon.
Having checked other reviews, it looks like my experience isn't uncommon. My advice

This company took payment for an order promising items in stock. Once paid, the confirmation changed to 6 weeks away! I tried to cancel and given every excuse under the sun. Then made further promises when the item would be delivered.
They’ve taken my money (£50) and not supplied goods.
Will be reporting this company formally too after my experience!

Avoid this company, the website stated 5 working days for delivery, but actually took 13 days after constant back and forth email. I asked for a refund as I’m trying to run a business, they referred to Terms and conditions, saying I am not entitled to a refund. They then dispatched the items after 2 weeks, ignoring my request for a refund. I will be getting trading standards involved. They have no respect for customers and actually said this “You chose to order, and by doing so agreeing to the terms outlined”. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
