How to Find Us Report

Our gift shop Out of the Blue is situated in the bottom half of Fore Street in Totnes. We are on the left hand side as you travel up the road next to Back 4 Seconds and opposite Superdrug and WHSmiths. Totnes itself is a unique and vibrant Elizabethan Market Town in Devon. If you are driving then Totnes is about 5 miles off of the A38 almost halfway between Exeter and Plymouth.

I can totally understand and feel what Darran Hooper wrote. We were two Canadian tourists visiting your store around noontime on June 27 last summer. The man in the store was so unfriendly. I checked out a fridge magnet and then put it back, wanting to tell my wife to buy it when she would come in the store later. The man came up immediately and touched it as if I messed up his things which I did not. He also stared at me in a hostile manner. Even thinking about his unfriendly and hostile look sends a mild chill down my spine now. We have been visiting various places in the UK nearly every year

Very disappointed! The man who served me & my young daughter was very rude when I asked for 2 bags for the 2 gifts I had purchased. He bagged up the gifts & threw them down on the counter. My young daughter was horrified.
To the manager- This happened on 2/8/19 at approximately 11:30am. I purchased 2 Jelly Cat teddies for my daughter & son. Thanks for your response.

Being a man it's often hard to find the perfect gift for that special someone. That's where out of the blue comes in. The freindly staff helped me pick the perfect present from there large selection. Can't fault the shop there excellent in every way!!!
