Trying to move house during a pandemic is stressful, Ashleigh showed me round the property (which I have now moved in to) - she was friendly & professional, & helped remove some of the stress of rental applications!
Upon moving in, she/the agency took care of any issues that arose with the property quickly, sorting electricians and blind fitters, and communicating with the property owner on my behalf.
I have found them to be helpful, and, so far, the best lettings agency I have ever dealt with.

Have rented for many years and this is the first 'landlord/agency' that values the tenant as much as the owner. Great friendly staff and impeccable properties. Quick to respond to repairs (seldom needed). If I move from my current home to another rental it will be through AS Residential.

What an amazing estate agents!! Really attentive from the very beginning! Ashleigh is so lovely and gave us so much information regarding the process and kept us at ease!! Cannot recommend Karen in the office enough! She was always just on the other end of the phone and really helped us with all our questions! She couldn't have done enough for us! For buying our first home it was made easy and stressless!! We really appreciate everything you have done!! I would recommend as residential to anyone!

Have rented off AS Residential for 4 years now and have found them to be nothing but professional and quick to respond to any issues. Ashleigh, Karen and Roy go above and beyond to help with anything needed. My sister also rented off them and when the end of her tenancy came, the checkout procedure was handled very well and unlike other agents I’ve dealt with, weren’t trying to find issues to make deductions from the deposit for. For anyone thinking of renting off them, don’t hesitate!

AS Residential are one of the better estate agents I’ve worked with over the years. Everything was straightforward and any issues are sorted out quickly and efficiently. Karen in the office is an especial boon to the company, and is a joy to speak and work with.
Unfortunately the interactions I’ve had with Ashleigh, the managing director, were decidedly lacking and so I would not recommend this agency to anybody. I found Ashleigh to display a lack of empathy or respect and an abundance of arrogance and condescension, and while she was always professional and followed up my queries efficiently

I can not fault AS residential. They are reliable and provide an excellent service. Ashlieigh is always available on the phone if I have questions or need to speak to her for advice. Has made the renting process seamless. Deals with all my tenant concerns quickly. has been professional and helpful over the past few years. Nothing is a problem. Good record of sourcing decent tenants and quick turnaround. Karen and the rest of the team in the office are also fantastic and nothing is ever trouble for them.
