The following Lunar Approved warranties are available to purchase subject to the eligibility of the van. Available for Lunar motorhomes for years 7, 8, 9 & 10. This warranty provides protection for any structural degradation to the bodyshell that arises as a result of water ingress through any permanently sealed seams or joints.
The longer you own your caravan or motorhome, the chances of some form of repair being needed increases. We can offer you the opportunity to protect your vehicle against the cost of unexpected repairs, with the offer of a 1 or 2 years Warranty. If your vehicle is under 5 years of age and 36'000 miles, we can offer you our Gold Warranty.
We can offer a full range of car warranty products that you can provide to customers - adding peace of mind and helping you to build long-term relationships. Our flexible, high quality service means we can tailor our products to suit you and your requirements. If your MB&G car warranty has expired, or if your manufacturer warranty has expired then we may be able to offer you an extended warranty.

Not worth the one star also
their technicians have been trained to lie
As to your face they tell you different then what the company emails you
Wouldn't purchase anything to do with this
As warranty doesn’t matter with these lot
As they will not fix the problem
But lie to you making your fault

I have had a motorhome warranty through this company for about 5 years now, and have had a couple of issues with a mechanical part breaking ( abs) and a refrigerator being beyond repair. On both occasions, the company completed their checks with my repairers and paid them directly extremely promptly.

Absolutely disgusting. Been over a year since my claim was made. I am having to contact the financial ombudsman in regards to my GAP claim as they are saying I need to contact my original insurers regards to an offer where they should actually be doing this themselves, this was confirmed by my original insurers.

Where to start...
We bought a firm mattress from dreams and an extended insurance from mb&g 2 years ago a few month ago my back ache came back due to the 20mm dipping which i can't describe as a firm mattress any more, the technician explained me the details and I throw a back flip, 35mm is still a reject of claim on a 2 year old mattress as its still within the tolerance of the manufacturing industry and on a 6 year old is 60mm😳😳
THIS INSURANCE PROVIDER NEED TO BE AVOIDED, THEY ARE SMART A.. WORD TWISTER SCAMMING WHITE COLLAR CRIMINALS WHO TAKES YOUR MONEY AND SPARE NO COST TO AVOID ANY

After reading reviews I didn’t hold much faith but how I was proved so wrong !
They were professional in every contact I had with them and so very helpful dealing with my claim when I had problems with the motorhome I had recently purchased
It was repaired quickly losing no time from my campsite bookings and payment for repairs were settled the following week
So I can’t thank them enough for the service I received ✔️

After reading the reviews, I knew we wouldn't be getting any help from the company, after speaking to the technician who came out to see our faulty mattress he said "it's bad, but not bad enough" and was very eager to leave, he was clearly embarrassed about having to go by such standards set out in the booklet which he showed me.
What I am mostly concerned about is the negligence of GDPR regulations, when filling out a claim form a copy is sent back to the email address which is not encrypted, making it a breach of GDPR regulations and making personal details very easily accessible. I will be

Not impressed with this insurance. 5 weeks i have been waiting for my washing machine to even be looked at. Have not responded to my last few emails. Service provider had to be sourced 85miles out of my area and they still haven't been to even see it. Such poor customer service. Avoid if you can.

Poor. Don’t fix the most basic faults covered.
Got appliance cover. My job burner didn’t work. Someone came and and said he fixed it it. A few days after it stopped working. So they person came again to try and repair it. He then said it needs a new injector and he will be back. He didn’t come back after a few months. I contacted mb&g insurance, to ask why they then replied claim has been rejected. So it appears as they tried and couldn’t fix issue. They rejected my claim. And the repair engineer lied. He said he would be back. Mb&g don’t reply to emails or calls. Very poor. I’m not
