Cabco is the Premier Taxi and Private Hire Operator in West Berkshire covering Newbury, Thatcham, Hungerford and all other local and national areas including all major airports and seaports. We specialise in local journeys to Highclere Castle and Basildon Park settings for the popular TV series Downton Abbey, Newbury Racecourse and Watermill Theatre to name a few.
All Cabco Taxi drivers are fully trained, and have a detailed knowledge of the area. Each driver is fully insured, Undergoes a full DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check, disability awareness and safeguarding trained on an annual basis, and is licensed by West Berkshire Council. Me and my girlfriend using cabco literally on the daily basis and spending around £1000 a month for taxis. Always happy always safe and almost always very fast. Today my girlfriend had very different experience- very bad experience unfortunately where driver Boris SVK was asking my girlfriend very uncomfortable questions about her private life relationship and so on. I see it as absolutely unacceptable . I will give a cabco another chance but I really hope that this doesn’t happen anymore!!!

Booked a cab through the app previously with no issues. Tried again tonight (£51 booking) they text me asking them to call them. I called they didn’t pick up. I text them back. They text me asking for security. I told them booked with you before (it was a £50 booking) they said we had no history. This is all on text - made no attempt to call me but didn’t pick up when I called them (which I tried to do several times). I sent them screen shot to prove I had travelled with them previously but by that point I had enough and booked another firm. I have no issue with calling
