Services
At Broadway Cars we employ the latest technology in our booking/dispatch systems. All of our taxis are equipped with GPS tracking systems so that we know where your taxi is at every point of the journey. We use text messaging quite heavily, so when your car pulls up outside, you get an SMS message telling you what car to look for.
School inspections increasingly look at the procedures surrounding the issue of pupil transport and emergency travel arrangements. Broadway Cars are fully accredited providers of taxi and private hire services to West Berkshire Council and to a number of educational institutions as well as numerous other agencies.
If you required a return jouney, then double the price and add parking varying from 3.00 - 14.00 depending on the airport and how long we are parked for. This morning one of the drivers in a mini bus very nearly reversed into me as I was parking. When I said why didn't you look he opened up with a tirade of abuse calling me the C word. When I phoned to complain surprise surprise they denied ever being at Peartree House today. I want Broadway Cars to know they are no longer allowed on this property and that there details will be removed from our books.

Despite living on the same road as the business is registered, I have lost count of the times drivers fail to find my address (they have GPS, presumably??). Despite giving detailed instructions on how to find my address for their records, they nevertheless fail to pass details to drivers, resulting in me being late for appointments on several occasions. Despite phoning the call operatives for updates, they simply have claimed falsely that the driver "is in your road, now", and when pushed, pass the driver's number to ME for me to chase- as opposed to doing it themselves. Infuriating. Needlessly

Excellent service. We were not from the area and we were staying 20mins away from the wedding venue that we needed to get to. The minibus driver turned up 10mins early and patiently waited whilst we finished getting ourselves organised. There minibus was spotlessly clean inside and out and the minibus driver was very friendly and he had a great sence of humour. We left our wedding invite with the driver as the reception was in a different location and not only did he find the location in the middle of a field he actually came and found us in the marque to let us know where he had parked.
