Mark has been a Partner at Robert Ellis for the past 10 years but has known Robert and the other Directors since the business was established in 1989. Mark is based at our Long Eaton located at 5 Derby Road which overlooks the green roundabout in the centre of the town.

Situated in the Erewash Valley within the Borough of Broxtowe, Stapleford town lies to the south West of Nottingham and dates back to Norman times. It's mentioned in the Domesday book from 1086 with the original spelling of "Stapelford" meaning "a ford marked by posts".

Currently looking to rent a property ... Completely new to the area. Enquired into a property with Alex who went above and beyond to help fit us in for a viewing as we aren't local yet and we were travelling from London as a one off. Alex was so kind on the telephone and really helped us with some local advice too.
We met Amy for our viewing and she was also just so lovely. Friendly and so kind in the short time we spent with her. Made us feel welcomed to the area and again gave us some information on the surrounding area too.

During an extremely stressful move and within a short time limit, Amy Sanderson did everything she could to get us moved into a property. From the beginning it was constant communication between finding properties, booking viewings and then getting a few interactions with possible landlords. She really did go out of her way to make sure that I got into the property I am at now.

I sold my house through the Stapleford branch and purchased my new home from the Long Eaton one. Both offices offered an excellent service. Claire at the Stapleford office was a delight to deal with, very professional and an asset to the company.
Both Caroline and Dawn at the Long Eaton office were great too, helping sort out my queries and questions about my purchase. Nothing was too much trouble.
