After doing some research I went for Paula's Petals and talking to her on the phone gave me even more confidence that I had chosen the right person to make me the most beautiful arrangement for my parents 40th ruby wedding anniversary! Living in America and trying to send flower to a loved one in UK proved to be much trickier than I thought. After hours of searching for a reputable company that also offered next day delivery, I am extremely grateful to have came across Paula's Petals. I contacted Paula the night before, and she took her time to go through the options and as promised, the flowers were delivered on time and looking absolutely beautiful. I cannot praise Paula's Petals of Enfield, Lavender Hill, highly enough. They made the Funeral flowers for my dear sister's funeral. They were so kind, courteous, and totally sympathetic, giving us a complete professional service. They listened to our requirements and did everything possible to give us the most wonderful arrangement of flowers. Absolutely beautiful, and delivered them as instructed. They treated us not just like customers, but like family, which was so special, keeping us up to date every step of the way, by email, phone and with photos. Paula and her husband were amazing. Thank

Paula's petals have such a personal approach to customer service that a true breath of fresh air. I had 2 bouquets from her hand tied box, and my friends cried upon receipt merely 2hours later.
The bouquets summed up their personality, acknowledged their losses, in both different ways and assisted in the knowledge that someone cared.
