€‹My husband and I ordered a bouquet for my mother-in-law who lives in England. It was her 92nd birthday, and since we live in the US and couldn't be there to celebrate, we wanted to send her a beautiful bouquet. We were flabbergasted when she sent us a picture of the "luxury" size bouquet that we ordered. It was even skimpier than the small size. I'm attaching photos of what we ordered vs. what my mother-in-law received. It was absolutely disgraceful!

Probably the worst experience I have had with florists. I tried them for the first time and ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. What arrived was nothing like what I ordered, tiny, wilted roses, tiny plastic vase and two chocolates.
When I complained (by the way, they have no phone number so hide behind emails) it took 24 hours for an answer. No apology, rather explaining that I should wait 48 hours, take a photo and send it to them and they would take it up with the vendor.
