I was told that because I used Glasses direct, J Nevelle’s policy was not to deal with people who use glasses purchased on the internet. I started using GD after having been supplied with glasses from Specsavers that were far from correct. The glasses issued by J Nevelle for my wife were not fit for purpose, as they failed to do what the optometrist stated, something that has never happened using glasses direct. I found the staff member to be rude and arrogant.

This firm is located in what I would call a suburb. Sits humbly amidst muffin, kebab and appliance shops. They are not only technologically advanced but also quite skilled and courteous. I have not met a more professional optician’s crew. They are truly eye doctors. I work in a field that consults patients and hence have a feel for what quality consult looks like. Great Value for money!!
