Wherever possible Please call first so that we can explain the procedures we have put in place for your protection & our staff's protection during these un -presidented times. There are notices on the building to let you all know what to do. Keys, cars & anything touched by our mechanics will be sanitised.
The term 'used car salesman' can bring visions of dodgy dealings to mind, but nothing could be further from the truth with Chris and Gail. We've just bought a Merc from them and couldn't have been better looked after; totally professional and yet very personable. Every detail was explained; they looked after the registration transfer; they covered everything with friendliness and we never had any regrets that we'd bought from them.

I’ve just bought my Mercedes from Chris and Gail; to find a ‘used car salesman’ who is totally genuine is rare, but these guys are the real deal. Every step of the way we experienced a caring, non-pushy approach which is very unusual amongst salesmen; we felt understood, accepted and we crossed the bridge with the decision to buy in full confidence that we’d made the right choice. We never looked anywhere else; never checked anything else out; never compared prices at another dealer.

Bought a BMW 650i convertible ,and it was a perfect lesson in buying a used car.
First, find a dealer that sources low mileage well cared for cars.
Second, choose a dealer that has their own garage as back up so that every car is thoroughly prepared and everything that needs to be attended to, is, before handover.
Third, pick a dealer that recognises good 'customer service' is essential for a successful business.
Fourth, look for a dealer that is confident to offer a 6 months warranty.

pulled out the stops and got our MOT done within the next few hours so we could drive away the same day to save another trip back.
The friendly warm welcome had been organised to observe Covid safety measures from the car to the paper work that we felt safe .

What a great experience from start to finish, Chris and Gail were super accommodating and definitely not your average pushy salespeople! as I was away from home when I spotted the car I wanted on the website. I was able to collect the car the day after I got home, Gail was lovely to talk to and explained each part of the process (I really have no clue when it comes to paperwork!) excellent Covid measures put in place throughout the entire sale.
Hopefully I won’t have to use the warranty but even if I did it sounds like they have an excellent relationship with the local garage and I felt at ease
