Tom initially contacted me around 18 months ago and although I wasn't looking at the time, he took the time to understand what motivated me and what was missing from the job I was in. He came to me with an opportunity that fitted perfectly with what I'd told him previously and within a week I was offered the job. He was very thorough and supportive throughout the entire process, was always happy to help when I had questions and fantastic at helping to calm my pre-interview nerves. Would highly recommend Wisdom to any recruiter looking to change roles. Peter Evans found me a new role within a week of me first speaking with him, and I have just finished my first month. He has stayed in touch throughout which is really nice. Tom Greet is brilliant. He took time to listen to me, did not push me towards anything, but offered practical and pragmatic advice. Even though I found a role on my own he is without a doubt the first rec2rec I would speak to when looking. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. In a saturated market he is one of the few who stands out.

During my time searching for my next career. Zoe was thorough and personal in helping me search. Our first conversation was almost an hour long where she really took the time to get to know me as a person, not something all recruiters have done with me.
