I am absolutely appalled by the level of incompetence and in professionalism shown by some of the staff here. A new applicant was given misguided information by a female member of staff here, then upon returning they had the unfortunate circumstance of meeting a member of staff named Julian. This individual had not one ounce of respect when dealing with the new applicant and belittled them to the point they felt had to withdraw their application! I truly hope this is acknowledged and perhaps some extra customer service training/social skills advice will be offered to this individual.

There good always give you a chance and opportunity to work for them , they hace lots of shifts also and different types or care jobs quiet helpful especially sue . Only thing is the picking drivers are always late for when ready to go home from work and the pay sometimes is messed up but gets sorted out .

Unresponsible, they wanted to force me into buying their uniform (i have been told they logo is required) evenn if it is aginst the law. Cherged me 80£ for DBS (original price for doing this is 45£, DBS had an error but they said "its my problem not their") and after that they didnt have job in crawley (they said they do have ot of offers to show me after DBS check). They dosnt bother with responding my emails.

AVOID! First off, one of the reviewers over here "Sonia Gabor" has left a good review and said this agency provided her work. That is total nonsense, she works in this agency herself ( not for ) and is lying,
This company should be shut down. They cut additional pay from you without reason, mess your hours about, screw you over with claiming to pay tax when they don't half the time.

The company previously run by this owner "Ask4" was shut down, they renamed it and are operating. This should be on Watchdog.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received from 1four1, waiting staff that either don't have even the basic knowledge of the job at hand or are just not willing to use it. If you complain they will just quote their terms and conditions and fail to acknowledge any fault.
I only hope future potential clients are reading these reviews before they find themselves in the situation I and it appears many others are in too.

I did work for this company for 3 month and every week I have to check my payslips ,just a punch of crooks who they think they can pay people just couple of quid to work should be against the law agencies treating people like this . They expect people to work in weekend & nights shifts for £6.50 an hour. Hope one day people read the reviews .
