Fitness systems have owed us £1733.03 which goes back to June 2021.
we have tried multiple times to contact them with no resolution or response!
We are only a small business and for us to take this loss in the current climate is very unfair.
We have spent hours chasing them to try and come up with a solution to help them and still no response.
a CCJ to recover our funds will be happening today.

Fitness systems are a big let down, myself and the rest of the customers at the health hub sharples have been waiting months for the cable machine to be delivered, still not arrived,have they forgot how much money they spent with there company, shame on you

Late with every bit of equipment. Squat rack was 3 weeks late. Ski erg was a week late, assault bike 2 weeks late and another machine is now more than 2 weeks late and the staff just ignore messages. Absolutely shocking company.

Over quite a few years I have bought refurbished equipment from Fitness Systems, had benches and machines etc recovered on site (including having my logo put on the upholstery) and had their Engineers out to repair equipment and I would give them 6 stars if I could. Excellent company.
