Started as a continuous stationery printer, quickly progressing to lithographic and digital print with an extensive finishing department, and the addition of in-house lamination and diecutting.

Services
All our customers' files are pre-flighted and if required, amendments can be made and the customer notified. An automated CTP system gives superb imaging and accurate registration on the metal plates when printing the litho process. We are regularly called upon to give advice regarding which process should be used, i.e. digital or litho - we are happy to do this.
Litho Printing, Digital Print, and Continuous Stationary to meet all your print requirements. These presses also produce carbonless books, cut sets and pads. It is a more cost effective way of producing than conventional flat sheet once you get over 20 pads. For your entire short run requirements producing excellent image quality on a wide variety of substrates.
Wirralco have a wide range of finishing equipment to produce a wide variety of finished products. Wirralco have a wide range of finishing equipment which either used solely or in combination with others to produce a wide variety of finished products. On Booklets over 20pp we would normally recommend inner pages not to be over 170gsm as the booklet would not sit flat.
All the staff at Wirralco takes environmental issues seriously, we are aware of the damage caused by our industry to the planet and try to take steps to alleviate waste and source products responsibly. Our litho printing process is alcohol free (it uses no IPA) and we use vegetable oil based inks as standard.
