We purchased a printer/scanner from this company which doesn't fit in the desired space in our office, the printer wasn't used so only two days later we asked the company if we could return it and even offered to at our expense. The company have just ignored our emails which is really disappointing service wouldn't use again.

We have been dealing with Print Logic firstly with Paul then Joss for a few weeks now. The whole experience has been second to none from start to finish. From discussing our specific company requirements and finding the right product, to getting the equipment installed at our new premises.
There has been open dialogue, regular check ins, catch ups and customer service calls since we placed the order. We have postponed the delivery twice due to our new premises not being ready but nothing was too much trouble.

It was a smooth conversation from the beginning. tI got to speak to Paul, he suggested the best product according to our usage, finalised the rates and decided on the machine. The contract was agreed and delivery date was given, delivery guys were quick and efficient. For installation there is a separate team - we spoke to Gareth and he did everything remotely and that was quick, easy and effective. we got access for all the team members and again got a call from their customer service advising who is going to be our account manager and this is going to be our one source of contact. Print Logic's customer service was great from start to end. They completed a printer service for us and did a great job. The engineer gave great advice and then the office followed it up with a phone call to make sure we were happy with the service and our issues with the printer were sorted. Would recommend and use again.
