This was my first time letting my house and I felt reassured by comprehensive advice from Daniel on what needed doing to get the house ready to let. Subsequent advice from Nichola was also very helpful in this regard. When the marketing process was underway it all went smoothly and Nichola and Tom provided me with plenty of relevant facts to help me in the difficult task of choosing among all the applications from prospective tenants. Whilst searching for a property Hardisty's made everything more difficult. Dismal organisation, told on numerous occasions that they would call back to arrange viewings on properties but didn't and then subsequently called for feedback on the property we hadn't been given the opportunity to see. Generally the feedback process is very frustrating as they'd call for feedback on different properties 5 times over the working day and we were told they couldn't do this over 1 call.

We couldn’t rate Danny @Hardisty higher! We bought a house through Hardisty and from the start Danny took a really personalised approach to help us secure the house and he took action to get everything moving when we needed to complete in a really short amount of time (to make the stamp duty holiday).
