As a small business based in the north of England we really appreciate your custom - if there is anything you are unsure of or would like to change, please just message us. During the week we accept orders the day after they are placed, usually in the late afternoon. Friday and weekend orders are accepted on Monday afternoon.
We dispatch all UK orders using Royal Mail and they will deliver to your safe place if you have given them one - we are unable to override the standing instructions from you to Royal Mail. All our deliveries are tracked; you will be given the tracking number in your dispatch email so you can check its progress.

If you popped into our studio you would find a happy, if busy, little gang of us with the radio turned high as we bustled our way through the day's orders. Each day brings something new and with so many gifts with different messages and personalisations to make we know each of these will be that extra special for the recipient.

Very disappointing - yes they delivered a framed picture but I was hoping for a special keepsake of my daughter's year of birth with interesting and unique facts - instead a list of boring facts - some not even year specific e.g. "Queen Elizabeth II 1952" and "Tony Blair PM" - company weren't interested in feedback just a "tough no refund" - a total waste of GBP44.75
