I would 100% recommend King & Co, great service!! We had such an amazing experience, especially with house searching being so stressful at times, but luckily we had Mel to assit us.
Having Mel helped our group a lot as she was incredibly patient with us and made our group feel at ease when looking for houses. As a group we even downsized to a smaller group and she still took the time to help us find houses to our standard with a smaller group. Which we are so thankful for!!
She has such a warm, welcoming aura and was very kind always checking up on us and making us feel super comfortable, Mel

By far the best agency I've worked with (and I'm not saying this lightly at all having worked with quite a few). Both Gary and Melanie are very professional, quick and effective in their responses, and generally just nice and well-rounded people. Also, I was very pleased with the quality of the house, the prices and the landlord they do business with which goes along even more. Highly recommend them.

I had a very positive experience with King & Co Properties. I was a tenant for 2 years and was impressed with the efficiency of repairs. There was no hassle whatsoever with deposit returns. Rented a property in Selly Oak with Kings in my final year of university and honestly wish my properties in second and third year had also been with Kings as I couldn't fault the experience. Service was outstanding with the property handed over to us in excellent condition, and regular safety and maintenance checks carried out throughout the year. In addition to this the staff were amazing with both the office and maintenance staff being friendly and quick to respond to any queries or issues we had throughout the year no matter how minor.
