Kay and Chris are absolutely fantastic. Through the whole process as a first time tenant from me going through the referencing process to paying the deposit, Kay has been responsive, professional, and has gone above and beyond to help me despite me living in Northern Ireland and unable to view in person.
Chris was extremely polite and helpful checking me in to my apartment. He met me in person at the property and showed me everything I needed to know as a first-time tenant. Not every letting agency does this so I consider that to be a BIG plus!

Inciti Lettings have been managing my property for over 10 years now. I have found them to be honest, reliable and trustworthy. They always keep me updated with regards to my property. Chris is tenacious, thorough and prompt and if a job needs doing, he will ensure it is done. I know my property is in safe hands with these guys as I can tell they really do care about my property the same way that I do.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Not responsive and not professional we saw the apartment and gave them offer without changing the price it was offered on called them 4-5 times to put the deposit down on the property no response they never connect the call to an agent you just end up calling them several times a day with hardly any response

Kay is nothing short of outstanding, being in a slightly awkward situation myself she went above and beyond to help me without passing judgement or taking advantage of the situation, unlike estate agents I have encountered before. She listened and was honest with me and she was great with communication. She got me what I had wanted and matched my dates for moving perfectly.
