Just had a sofa for my bedroom delivered and the delivery guys, Nathan & Andy, were extremely professional in their approach to taking this upstairs; nothing was any trouble even as it was a little awkward. Tony has come to my house 4 times now to deliver and pick up items and I have to say he is an asset to sweetpea. He always has a smile on his face and always goes out of his way. He recently delivered my foot board for my bed and he remembered to bring a cloth to wipe any marks made when assembling the bed. Taurean was also fab and like tony was a pleasure to have deliver my furniture.

Sweetpea and Willow have proven themselves to be flexible, helpful and customer focused. After a couple of purchases that were perfect we had an issue with a damaged table, which was delivered by one of their 3rd party couriers. They couldn't have been more professional or helpful, the table was collected (and dismantled) by their own drivers (Terry & Andy) and taken away. We ordered replacement items which were again delivered by their own drivers, the same team. From customer service to delivery I can't fault them, but importantly when something did go wrong they didn't quibble or question ,

Exceptional customer service provided by Tanya. I had a complex order of ten items of furniture purchased from Sweetpea and Willow all needing to be shipped to Jersey. Tanya was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire purchasing process from our first visit to the showroom, helping us choose the right items all the way through to orgainising logistics for delivery to our home. High quality products and high quality service. Will definately be shopping with Sweetpea and Willow and Tanya again.

Hello Sweetpea & Willow. I placed an order months ago for two bedside tables. One arrived. The other didnt. I understand there are issues within the industry getting hold of things I am an interior designer, the issue I have is their customer service is for want of a better word DIRE! I have had to chase this constantly - no-one is in touch with me at all. I have been offered delivery of the one table which is pointless as they were ordered as a pair and I have explained this . Was told by customer service it would be in for September hopefully. NO updates whatsoever unless I chase them. All I

We spent nearly £9,000 on a dining table and chairs from these guys, and it has been a catalogue of errors from day one.
First of all the table that was delivered had to be returned 3 times due to the stain/colouring being incorrect.
We then had to send chairs back due to poor craftmanship (staples showing through the fabric, fabric wearing on the arms) They had these chairs for a number of weeks.
Chairs were returned eventually returned to us after 2 failed attempts at delivery.
We have since had to send the same chair back with the same fabric issue. Again they had the chair for a number
