We met Mr Caner in the UK and felt at ease as we were very sceptical about ordering and making sure we choose a furniture company that can deliver to us as promised. When meeting Mr Caner his service and product knowledge was exceptional however after hearing horror stories we made trips to turkey to make sure all is correctly done. Went to Berbas production and saw that their furnitures were made with love care and quality materials were used!

From the first moment to the end the service has been exceptional we were greeted by Mr Deniz and Berbas team in Turkey they were very hospitable absolutely fantastic! Sibel in the delivery team was very responsive and cooperated very well with us with point to point update. Any issues we had which were very minor they resolved it straight away without the need to dispute!

We bought over 100 tables & chairs for external and internal - The quality was phenomenal We are based in the harbour in the marina in east Sussex so we needed to make sure our furnitures were quality and as expected everyone loves it - their prices were very competitive!
