S P Care Uk
We provide our teams with sector-leading inductions and training to ensure they're always working to the highest standards. As the Government's latest guidance evolves, keep up to date with the latest information in relation to visiting, new admission procedures, vaccination roll-out, and the protocols in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents.

A Quorn resident was able to reminisce about her younger years thanks to a surprising find right under the care home. A local resident has won a competition to name the suites at a brand-new care home in Shrewsbury. We are committed to supporting older people and their relatives and have used our knowledge and expertise to produce a range of useful guides.

When you have a vision and values that people truly connect with, they're inspired to do great things. That's why, in 2019, we asked each of our homes to come up with their own vision and values. They could use the Care UK corporate vision and values as a guide, but we wanted them to capture the principles that were most meaningful to them.
At Care UK, we care for older people in warm, friendly and comfortable care homes across England and Scotland. Our 10,500-plus colleagues provide a wide range of quality care services, ranging from residential and nursing care, to day care, respite care, dementia care and end-of-life care.

While we care for some 7,000 people in over 120 care homes, each resident receives care and support that's tailored to their individual needs, interests and wishes.Learn a little more about the our senior leadership team and what working for Care UK means to them. Learn how we have created a vision and a set of values that our teams truely connect with and inspires us all to do great things.

At Care UK we believe in supporting your family to navigate the process of finding a care home.
If you are looking after an older loved one yourself, you may start to realise that they might need more help and support than you can provide. Being aware of the signs to look for and understanding the options available, will help you to feel more in control of the situation so that you can make the best decision for yourself, your family and your loved one when the time comes.

Barely anyone there can answer a phone and successfully communicate what needs to happen next aside from when the front desk person works during weekday hours.
Do not look away for more than a few days as neglect is bound to happen and they will do everything to ignore you or even get in the defendive rather than act professionally and be accountable when you question it.
engaging with the residents is no more than five minutes about food or medication is it. Barely any activities aside from coffee mornings to engage people.
It's best for people who don't want to socialise or use theirs minds
