As a refreshing alternative to the global food model, with food travelling long distances before it reaches us, we are wholly committed to providing the highest quality, locally sourced food.

We believe in fostering a local food network involving close relationships with the most ethical suppliers in our area, who are as passionate as we are about animal welfare, and who ensure we have 'passports' and complete provenance for all our meat and poultry. The quality of our poultry is second to none.
Fantastic food doesn't have to be complicated. Our passionate team creates a unique restaurant experience you will love. Live music from our talented pianist adds to that special atmosphere to make a visit to our Riviera restaurant more stylish, intimate and magical. Combining the best fresh and seasonal ingredients, our Chef team will offer an inspired yet simple and delicious interpretation of French Mediterranean, Ligurian and Nioise cuisine.

Stayed for 2 nights 28/29th May 2021 for a small family party.
What an amazing time we had. Every aspect of the weekend was perfect.
Hillbark is a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff and management. All the food we had was superb and nothing was too much trouble.
Sad to leave but we will be back

We got married at Hillbark Hotel on Friday 28 May 2021 and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. The whole team at Hillbark are absolutely amazing. Amanda, Gill, Pete, Craig, Lucy, Claire and all the other staff whose names I unfortunately don’t know.
We had to plan our wedding through the pandemic and they couldn’t have been more supportive or helpful. Nothing was ever too much to ask. We wanted to move the sofas and blossom tree and turn the entire ceremony room around and it was “no problem”.
We went to the beach at the end of our day and came back filthy. Craig, the owner

If you're after a luxurious venue to use for a wedding or a VIP party that connotes elegance and is set in beautiful surroundings then the Hillbark would be a great port of call. It's the most luxurious hotel that I've visited on the Wirral. Set within the beautiful acres of Royden Park and Thurtaston Common, this place is a fantastic Hotel with excellent levels or service and food and drink.
I attended a leaver's ball here for the local girls school about three years ago, this included a sit down three course meal, dances and plenty of drinks. However, I'm constantly hearing

Soaked in history this Grade 2 Listed hotel is set in a mammoth 250 acre parkland . Looking over the Dee estuary at the Welsh hills this is a destination venue that is ideal for weddings and other grand events. With only 19 rooms, the elegant Executive Suite, five Suites, seven Junior Suites and six Classic Rooms it is a case of quality over quantity.

It can also act as a perfect treat for the other half. All suites are rather well equipped with beautiful fabrics, bed linen, pure silk rugs, hand picked grandiose furniture and a jacuzzi.

The yellow room restaurant provides an ideal gourmet fine
