Voltaire Diamonds is a wholly Irish-owned company; we have extensive international experience in the precious gemstones trade. Whilst buying over the Internet can be satisfactory for certain purchases, buying jewellery is an emotional experience where many options need to be discussed face to face with the client.
Coloured gemstones, such as sapphires, rubies, and emeralds, have long been used in jewellery. Sometimes a coloured gemstone will be selected to match a client's birthstone. Northern European tastes still tend to lean towards colourless diamonds but, as variety increases, we see influences coming in from America for yellow diamonds and sapphires.

We can say only positive things. We got a fabulous ring at a fantastic price. We’re in love with the ring. It’s unique to us. Seamus and Orla were great to deal with. It’s a highly personalised service in a beautiful space. It’s diamonds by appointment. Can’t recommend enough. It’s the opposite to a high street experience. If you want something special go to them. After shopping around to various diamond retailers, I must say Voltaire Diamonds was by far the most accommodating & genuine. I recently purchased an engagement ring in which I received the most amazing, personal service. I was not pressured into purchasing anything and learnt all the types of colours and clarities of a diamond. The staff were extremely professional and helpful throughout my experience, especially Nicole who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot fault anything to do with Voltaire Diamonds, I had no idea of what style I was looking for when I went into the consultation, but I felt at ease during the whole consultation. There were so many different styles available & they source diamonds to suit your budget. Not once did I feel pressurized into buying anything. The team and Seamus are so helpful especially when neither of us had a clue about diamonds going in! I got my dream ring so a big thanks to all the team, we will definitely be back for wedding bands!

By far one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had - personal, fun and anything is possible.
The service is first class and that becomes more apparent when compared with other jewellers out there.
If you have a design in mind Voltaire can make that happen! They sourced exactly the diamonds I had in mind for my engagement ring - exquisite yellow diamonds in a variety of colours shapes and price ranges. It made choosing one extremely difficult.
I cannot recommend Voltaire (and Seamus) strongly enough.
The start of a beautiful (and I'm hoping) lifelong friendship...

Any couple looking for the perfect ring and five star service should look no further than Voltaire Diamonds. Seamus offered us a real personal service, which made the whole experience that extra bit special. There was no pressure put on us in choosing the ring and we were given a myriad of options. Time and effort was expended by Voltaire in sourcing the perfect diamond to our specifications. My fiancee and i couldn't recommend Seamus and his team highly enough. I got the engagement ring of my dreams at a price we could afford. We initially contacted him on Facebook on a Sunday afternoon and had a reply and an appointment at his London office by the end of the day. We had a private consultation where we designed the ring and added our own personal touches to it. At no stage were we pressurized to spend more than what we initially said.
