Contact us first, we can advise the best course of action and can usually deal with the insurance if the accident is not your fault. If the terms of your insurance cover you for a courtesy car we will bring this to you when we collect your vehicle. If your vehicle is not driveable we can usually recover it within 48 hours.

My goodness, what more can I say?! They’re outstanding, professional and fast! If you want a body work repair of any kind to your vehicle, then look no further and visit them, you’ll not be disappointed. Their work is really a five star service and the customer care is BRILLIANT! Kristine was very helpful with my vehicle, she listened and did exactly what I requested and to my surprise, they fixed my vehicle faster than I had expected and made it look brand new again. The staff and the service that MARC provides are exceptional. From the moment I had taken my car in, all the staff went above and beyond, offering to give me a courtesy car for just an afternoon whilst replacing my tyres, the cost of the the tyres was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business, top class!!

I cannot recommend Manchester Accident Repair Centre enough! Following my non fault accident in my three week old car, I contacted MARC to get a price for repairing my vehicle. The receptionist Krissy was extremely helpful and arranged for my car to be recovered the same day. I was provided with a courtesy car the following day whilst my car was in for repairs. I was kept updated all along the way with where my repair was up to and cannot thank MARC enough for their excellent customer service. They made what should have been a stressful time the complete opposite. My bumper was replaced with genuine

Saved my life. My car was involved in a hit and run which was caught on their camera . They were so nice that they helped me gather all the information about the driver even before I got there. They also helped organise a hire-car as a replacement with an accident management company. They took my car in and changed the whole bonnet within a week after insurance approved. They kept me in the loop at all times and were very nice and pleasant. My car looks like it was never in an accident. I would be definitely using them again for anything car-related from now on.

The staff I spoke to were all very pleasant and efficient and the body shop people are just excellent. A great all round service.

Love this car repair shop!! By far the best car garage I have worked with. Kristine couldn’t do enough to help me. She went out of her way to assist me with the insurance company that I had a stressful time with. Got me a curtesy car within 24 hours and advised me to get a new car seat as my daughter was in the car accident when the collision happened- something I never would’ve though of. Definitely will be returning if I’m ever in need of getting my car fixed!!
