Was here over the Christmas period, despite being on the younger side of the clientele, I was dealt with with the upmost respect, feeling like a welcomed and valued customer . Well stocked and requests met when asked. A fine establishment to have in lanes of Norwich, if you should need country attire or accessories then Gallyons is certainly the place to be!

Excellent customer service. I ordered a parcel needing it for Christmas Eve. I emailed to state this and it was sent by special delivery, arriving the day after. Highly recommend

Called their shop to ask for a specific jacket in a specific size, yes we have that one in stock, I said I shall be there shortly.
Jumped in the car with 3 yr old daughter to go and fetch it, got there an hr later as is a fair drive from home and was given a rather sneery greeting, and was told that “we have just sold that one”
I think it was more likely that I asked for a little discount on the phone as found it online £50 cheaper but was prepared to pay more as happy to support local business.
I was told that they had one at the other shop so then visited that one, which transpired was

Would just like to leave a review thanking the team at Norwich in helping me find the perfect dog walking coat..excellent service, good product knowledge based on their own experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent range of styles for all budgets.
also the dog was made to feel welcome as we spent a good 30 mins in the shop , she was also given bowls of water..
Just the say the shop also supported Norwich by giving us a free book of the town , which as first time visitors to the town, proved most helpful.

Not only was the customer service personal and outstanding.. we felt at home! The Coat I bought was an incredibly affordable price and absolutely beautiful at that .. I also purchased a pair of Aigle Wellies and well deserving of every penny... I absolutely loved this little gem of a shop! Thank you Ladies

After failing to source the perfect tweed in either John Lewis or Jarrolds I headed to Gallyons on the back of a friend's recommendation. Staff were genial, eager to help and worked diligently to procure the style/size of jacket I had in mind. The expert knowledge of country wear in general allows Gallyons to provide a more tailored service to the customer than any of its larger departmental rivals.

Had a really pleasant trip to the main store lately. Staff were extremely helpful and stock was of great taste and quality!
