I dislike finding tradespeople on Google, preferring to work on recommendation. However when my boiler needed relocating I had little choice - the plumber I have used and trusted for many years had just retired. From the moment I met James I was reassured - he was knowledgeable, helpful and offered alternative solutions for what I was trying to achieve with necessary pros and cons. Due to the competitive quote, in addition to the professional approach, I asked James to do the job.
