Well......this company surpass everything. Following my e-mail to them complaining that they never bothered to turn up at up my property, I received this charming answer and I quote "I realise that you are self employed (don't quite know what that has to do with anything?) and think it maybe a worthwhile cause to contact us and make these comments and I thank you for that. However the point you seem to be missing is that all customers are not necessarily all DESIRABLE TO A PARTICULAR BUSINESS!" Charming, especially as the guy has never met me! to continue:

You can call iPlumb when your boiler goes on the blink and they promise to pop over and give you a free quotation.
If your renting your house and need a gas certificate they'll do the honours for you there too.
In this new environmentally friendly era they can also come along and offer solar/rainwater solutions.
As well as having an office number available the normal office hours they also have an emergency mobile number on their website incase your system goes kerput in the middle of the night!
