Services
I've been a qualified Optician since 2002, I met my husband Ameet whilst we were both studying at Aston University and where he was training to be a Pharmacist. We were both passionate about healthcare and saw how well our two professions worked together and felt we could deliver an outstanding range of health benefits and services to our local community.
Kings Pharmacy in Cotteridge and Weoley Castle, offers everything you need from your local pharmacy along with great customer service. Whether it's dispensing prescriptions, advice about minor ailments or something that requires an over the counter medicine, you can rest assured we'll have you feeling better in no time.
Regular eye examinations are an essential part of making sure your eyes remain healthy and helps to protect your vision too. So when your next eye examination is due, you want to be looked after by a team of friendly professionals in a relaxed and unhurried environment and that's exactly what you'll get at Kings Opticians.
Children only have their own experience of the world, so how do they know what is normal vision. Undiagnosed visual problems can affect not only your child's comfort, but also their learning and performance at school. In fact, here at Kings Opticians we recommend you bring your little one to see us from the age of 3, however we're happy to see them earlier if you have any concerns.
If you suffer a minor eye problem don't wait for an appointment with your GP - your optician can help. If you noticed a difference in your vision, you'd visit your optician wouldn't you? And if you're suffering with a minor eye problem, who better to help you than your optician - they're trained to examine, diagnose and treat the eyes after all.

Kings used to be my favourite opticians. However they could not compete with the big names like Specsavers and Vision Express. They moved from Church Street to North John Street and the last time I went there it looked like they were struggling as that area of central Liverpool is low profile and specialises in Banks and Jewellers .
