From those humble beginnings, Just in Time Plumbing, Heating & Building Services Limited now specialises in all manner of building work and employs approximately 25 full-time staff, and uses specialist subcontractors when required. We now work as main contractors, particularly in the Specialist Care Industry, supporting vulnerable people.
Working across South Wales, the Midlands, Bristol and the Cotswolds for Private Care Homes, Housing Associations and Drug and Alcohol Treatment Centres. But we haven't forgotten our humble beginnings, and still work as subcontractors and undertake private work.

Services
Due to the demand of our Clients, we are now carrying out large-scale contracts in the Midlands, London, Bristol and Cheltenham. When we can, we use local labour in these projects. At the beginning of this year, we started a 1-year contract in Cardiff for Inroads. This is to convert a former Backpackers' Hostel into a drug and alcohol treatment centre, and is funded by the Welsh Government.
The full renovation, within a Conservation Area of WGCADA's Head Office and Treatment Centre in St James' Crescent, with a contract value of 500,000. Incorporating softwood box sash windows. Works included the treatment of dry rot, re-plastering, full central heating, and full re-wiring. With the re-wiring integrating IT Stations and panic alarms, etc.
The conversion of the old Post Office in Skewen, into 6 No. self contained One-Bedroomed flats. Works included a new roof, new external render, new windows, extensive groundworks, full re-wire, new central heating and full re-furbishment, including soundproofing and the full construction of a new 3-storey extension.
The renovation of a former 3-storey public house. This building was in a particularly bad state of repair, which needed to be completed "gutted." We then re-modelled the house, including new joists and floors throughout. Full re-plastering, full-rewire and complete new plumbing and heating system. We also then carried out extensive groundworks, including the landscaping of the rear garden.
The conversion of a pair of semi-detached houses, in Hall Green, Birmingham, into a Specialist Care Home encompassing 8 self-contained flats. Due to our excellent long-standing relationship with Tracscare Ltd we initially purchased this property ourselves and agreed a flexible rental agreement. The property has now been bought by Tracscare Ltd.
