Alan has always been great with repairs and maintenance of some fairly old boiler and shower setups. Suggests plenty to help keep things running smoothly to avoid more frequent callouts. We'll be moving out the area soon and it'll be a shame to lose a reliable plumber!

Got our heating back working after weeks off. Alan was a lovely guy and was very friendly; also taught me a lot about the boiler system i have and how to maintain it. Price was very good.

Mr Jones was efficient, courteous, punctilious and tidy. He did the work to a very high standard, accessed the attic himself and found where to turn off the water as I didn't know. (It was in a very inaccessible place).The pricing was very reasonable. An excellent service!
