We do not charge a call out fee, we only charge for the time spent diagnosing the problem. In the winter our boiler suddenly died and we rang couple of plumbers but no one was available. We were desperate as it was really freezing (and I was 6 months pregnant) and we were without hot water.
Only John accepted to help us in emergency. He came the same day to give us a quote and sent his team the next day. They did a great job at a fair price.
We were so happy with them that later we asked to change all the radiators in our flat. Again his team came on time, did a good job at a good price and cleaned everything after they left.
