Recommend to rent apartment with them a specially if first time in London, as they took initiative and were very helpful.
Rented apartment with them for a few years. Good communication, all issues were addressed and fixed in time.
Deposit returned in full within 30 days, and that was again nice and clear.

They sold my Victorian terrace house in Poplar E14. They might be a small company but they have the quality and experience to negotiate on our behalf. They marketed in the metro newspaper. Estate agent for mostly East London. They are very precise with their checks and paperwork which is a huge plus. A lot of systems are in place like maintenance portals that makes business with this estate agent a very enjoyable experience. You might pay a bit more for the property and it will be worth it.

I have used Alphabet for more than 10 years to handle the two different aspects of property handling: letting and sales.
For a decade, the team at Alphabet have kept my flat fully tenanted, arranged all check-ins/outs, cleaning, maintenance you name it, they have handled it all without fuss and at very reasonable rates.
When I decided to sell very recently, the already efficient team stepped it

We just finished moving into a house managed and let by Alphabet City, and we have had a perfect check in and and Admin sort out with Alphabet City, they are very responsive, friendly and understanding. We cannot fault anything they have done so far, and really appreciate the effort they have gone through to fix the small things at the property that inevitably gets picked up once moving in.
