Our fantastic range of Indian dishes are created using the freshest and highest quality halal and vegetarian ingredients. Where possible - we look to source from local providers. Our talented Chef is happy to create anything as long as he has the ingredients - just ask! Everything is prepared from scratch.
Here at Village Restaurant, we have experience of holding private parties and functions in our upstairs function room. From sit-down dinners to buffet style parties, we can cater for any occasion. All of our menus are tailor made to suit all different tastes and budgets. Pefect for private parties or word dos! Disabled access is available.

Just had very disappointing takeaway from The Village. We chose delivery and it was half an hour later than they first said it would be. An item was also missed off our order. The food itself was very poor - sloppy tikka masala, which was a tiny amount of chicken swimming in a vivid pink coloured sauce. Pickles were like they had been watered down - thin and runny. Won't be ordering from here again.

Beautiful food, lovely clean and tidy restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and family friendly. They have clearly invested in a recent update to the decor making it more modern, fresh and bright.
The staff were really helpful and the prices are really reasonable for the portion sizes you get.
I recommend the chicken dhansak for anyone who likes a flavourful curry with a hint of sweetness. All of our dishes had huge chunks of proper fresh chicken breast in them and were served hot within a reasonable time from ordering.
