Can't wait to stop back in for a visit next year, we had a wonderful time. The Harbour master and her crew were all amazing!!. We did have reverse polarity on shore power pedestal that cause our microwave to die, it was time for a new one anyways.
See you soon

We came here for dinner and our experience was bizarre to say the least. We were seated beside a group of off duty younger staff and their dog. They were pretty loud, with on duty staff coming out periodically to visit.. there definately seemed to be some staffing drama, with girls coming out crying and then going back in. They didn't watch their dog who kept coming up to other guests tables and trying to pull things off their plates

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. We were able to contact the staff without any issues with things we needed. If they didn't answer the front desk they called back. I loved how the kayakis were included with your stay there. And having the fireplaces in the rooms was a bonus. I would definitely come back here

Since the George Lake comfort stations were out of order, we decided to pack up a night early and stay at Sportsman's for the last night to have showers and be comfortable. We were not disappointed. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view. We enjoyed takeout dinner from the restaurant and breakfast downstairs in the morning. Staff are very friendly. They seem to be short staffed, but that's the case with everyone right now. I'd gladly stay here again.

Beautiful facilities, great outdoor activities and good staff! Cheryl at the front desk was extremely helpful. We stayed in the cabin and also the motel. The cabin could have been cleaned better but the motel room was clean and spacious. The cabin on George Island was a good spot because of the George Island Trail. Killarney Provincial Park is just 9k out and we enjoyed the beaches and trails over there as well. Kids had a great time kayaking, swimming, biking and walking the trails.

I called for information about parking overnight as I'm heading out for a short sea kayaking trip. The lady who answered the phone was one of the nicest receptionists I've ever spoken to. I wasn't even a potential customer and she still spent time on helping me and offered several great suggestions. The quality of customer service is an excellent indicator of the overall quality of the establishment.

We stayed for two nights at the sportsman inn. The motel rooms aren’t great, but I must say the location and the food at the resort’s restaurant, both were really good. There isn’t any view from the motel rooms, they don’t have a microwave. Beds were comfortable though.

Amazing holiday here. Exceeded my expectations. Stayed in a Motel Room, that was clean and spacious. All of the staff here are friendly, hardworking and genuine. The boating and hiking in the area is breathtaking. Couldn't have been any better.

Kitty (our server) was such a wonderful person and the place is absolutely gorgeous. They have a great cocktail menu and a small but nice selection of beer on tap. It was great to spend the afternoon there. It definitely wasn't inexpensive but you get what you pay for. The food and drinks were great and both women working this past Thursday afternoon were lovely to chat with. I do think the pints work out to be cheaper than a pitcher, but that probably depends on the beer I assume.
