Thank you for visiting our store. We are a strong independent store with high standards. Cycling is a way of life for us and it is a passion to give advice and help you make the right choice of bike. The answer in short is yes! All bikes are road bikes although some bikes are more suitable for Tarmac roads and pavement tracks. A road bike should be mainly light with narrow high pressure tyres. They should always have gears and not so fussy on the tech side of cycling. They can be used for long or short journeys Ideal for your daily commute.
This is the right bike choice to head for the hills, or off-road. Mountain bikes are built with tough frames, giving strong handling complete with suspension to increase comfort over bumpy terrain. Mountain Bikes have different categories often referred to as disciplines as some enthusiasts prefer to say.
The Fixie or Fixed Gear Bike from Ridelow is the new 'must-have' bike for the cycling enthusiast. With no freewheel, the pedals are always in motion when the bicycle is moving, so you will need to be an experienced bike rider to handle a Fixed Gear Bike in all weathers and on all terrains.
Available in a range of colours and styles, our Ridelow customer services team can help you to choose from a variety of manufacturers, including :- Charge, NS Bikes, SE Bikes and Schwinn.

Mark from ridelow has been nothing but brilliant! He even signed up to a specific "cycle to work scheme" for me which I wanted to use. Being from the other side of the country i had to put my full trust into the team from ridelow and I do not regret doing so. They have been quick, professional, kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and went the extra mile for me. Now I am just really happy with my new bike. I would recommend ignoring the negative reviews and using their services without any doubts.

I had a wonderful conversation with George and his siblings on my visit to this shop. They are very down to earth with impeccable customer service. I've honestly never experienced such kindness and a warm energy from people whilst shopping! I will be paying them a visit again and I recommend you pop in also! George also spoke to me the whole way through having my tattoo done which distracted me massively. Very grateful.

At the start of the corvid lock down I found myself in a tricky situation as my old cruiser bicycle was in a bad way and I use it every day to get to work (I am a mental health key worker). I emailed Ridelow on the off chance that they may help me. They replied promptly and asked me to bring it in. They gave my bike a full service, and now it rides like a dream. On account of my key worker status they did this for me free of charge too. I can not thank them enough for their help and wonderful service.

I bought a bike online from RideLow for ~£550.
I had nothing but pleasant interactions with the staff throughout my experience. They were helpful, and apologetic where they couldn’t make the process happen any quicker.
Due to high demand, the bike I ordered was delayed in getting from the manufacturer to RideLow (and therefore subsequently to me).
When the bike arrived there were some issues with some of the accessories (damaged in transit) which the manufacturer refused to remedy. RideLow stepped in and are sending new accessories to us.
One of the bike technicians even spent an hour of

Absolutely awesome service from Mark at Ridelow. Bought a bike for my son at Christmas and needed a bit of extra assistance in setting it up. Mark followed up on my calls immediately and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He also put me in touch with an absolute diamond fella local to me who called round (within an hour of speaking to Mark!!!) and built and fine tuned the bike to my son's exact specifications. I would deal with Ridelow again in a heartbeat - Superb!!

Ridelow is the perfect place to get a really good range of kitsch, weird and wonderful bikes that frankly you won't find anywhere else in Manchester.
It's awesome inside, with bikes and all kinds of things hanging off the ceiling, and a sofa to have a sit down on if you want.
But it also has a line in doing loads of other stuff. Be that watches, gothic jewellery, skater t-shirts, rucksacks and even a desk offering canvas printing services! The limited clothing stock out on view is apparently for display purposes - they have more sizes and if you ask they'll go find the one you

Ridelow is probably the most hip n happening underground scene in Manchester for bikes...... With graffiti adorning its walls it can be a tad intimidating for an un cool kid such as me.
Step inside though and your enthralled with the range of custom and classic cruise machines. This is the only place in Manchester I can think of which does dutch style bikes like the ones that litter the streets of Amsterdam, basically if it's a little bit out there chances are low riders are going to stock it. They also do adults tricycles and tandems, so can't be beaten really.

Ridelow, as the name suggests, is for the cool kids. If you know your bikes then you'll know that this store doesn't just stock any old brand. This store stocks the crème de la crème of lowriders, cruisers, bmx's and choppers.
Since this is the store where the likes of Kate Moss and the Beckhams come to get their rides, you can imagine that it isn't all that cheap. In fact, you're looking at around £500 for an Amsterdam or from £200 for a chopper, but you won't find anything else like them on the street. You won't want to leave them unattended on the street
