Superbly responsive. It was very busy the past year, but they were able to maintain the quality of their customer service, exceeding my expectation and past experiences.
The quality of their adverts are excellent across all price range of properties. Dean did great photos of my house. Very helpful when I have questions about purchase even though the house in question was not advertise by them.
They gave us the best rate across all agents we interviewed, and best valuation. Can't fault them. Thank you.

We bought our first property with Nicol and when it came to selling it, we were keen to use them again. Daniel went over and above throughout the process, not only in guiding us through the sale, but also advising us on our next move. Gaye was very communicative and efficient throughout the process and the sale went smoother and quicker than we could have ever expected. I honestly cannot praise Nicol Estate Agents highly enough! Gaye was my appointed estate agent and she was incredibly proactive at every single step of the process. The whole team knew my property so there were never any gaps in service due to holidays etc. The best bit for me was the thoroughness right to the very end, doggedly chasing solicitors in the chain and really going that extra mile. If you are thinking of selling, Nicol take a lot of the stress and burden out of the process and I highly recommend them. They are a lovely team too.

Chose Nicol as they have local presence, know the market and their pricing was competitive. House was on the market quickly, brochure was good and made the house look good. Communication with the viewers and ourselves worked well and looking back the stress levels were pretty low. Would recommend them.

We have had excellent service from start to finish. Douglas Nicol came to our flat and gave us a realistic figure to advertise it. Professional photos were taken. Both Arlene and Gaye viewed our property too. Arlene, who looked after us throughout the selling process, was efficient and professional. She is lovely and friendly and put us at our ease. She guided us through every stage with phone calls etc. We would definitely recommend you use Nicol Estate Agents to sell your home.
