Services
Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is one of the UK and Ireland's leading, and most progressive, property consultancies with 32 offices and over 1,000 staff. We help owners, investors and occupiers achieve their business goals with a suite of integrated services including sourcing, planning, funding, advising, managing, valuing and selling properties, across both the public and private sectors.
At LSH, we dare to do things differently. We may have been formed in 1773 but there is nothing old fashioned about us. We look for dynamic, collaborative and curious individuals who have ideas aplenty and are not afraid to share them. Academic records are important, but not as critical as people skills, the desire to learn and to challenge the status quo.
Whether it be flood, fire, subsidence or impact, our fully trained experts provide immediate accommodation to those who are forced to relocate. This helps our clients - loss adjusters and insurers - reduce the costs and difficulties associated with finding emergency premises for their policyholders.
Our agency teams advise investors and developers on letting commercial property, marketing strategy, enhancing rental values and filling voids. For tenants, we provide advice on subletting, assignments, disposal and acquisition of commercial property. We have a proven track record of delivering results - securing the best locations and reducing property costs.
Finding the space to help our urban communities live, work and thrive sustainably is one of the central challenges of our time. The solution? Utilise what you already have, and build up, with airspace. It will deliver more space and a better-built community, solve asset repositioning and, ultimately, enhance values.

You company is currently coluding and supporting the UK government in both bullying and mistreating members of the public in your work with the HS2 project. Mr Paul Philip Lidgley's behaviour in his dealings with the Border Collie Trust have been particularly disgusting in that you appear to have resorted to passive aggressive action as a means of attempting to roll over this group.

Invoices issued with incorrect dates, including invoices that have already been paid. When you try to get in contact, they are never available and ignore emails for weeks with no acknowledgement. Been trying to request a key fob for a car park for around a month now, without so much as a response on email or phone. Not great to deal with!

We were advised by our Mortgagee bank to go ahead only with this valuation company. Valuation came as £80,000 below the market value compared to other high street agent. Even Zoopla’s valuation was a lot closer to high streets.Very disappointed with their skill and expertise in professional valuation service. We have spent our hard earned money in refurbishment to only be undervalued by these people that too with huge valuation fee compared to other valuation companies. I wouldn’t recommend their valuation service to any one.

LSH are utterly awful - and have given no care for the safety of residents in my block.
At one point we had a broken front door for 3 weeks and bins constantly blocking another fire exit - leaving only 1 left.
Wholly incompetent and almost NEVER reply to emails without resending 5 times....
A dreadful company who MASSIVELY overcharge and don't care at all about their customers.

Worst property management company ever to have existed. I live in an apartment block managed by LSH and over 3 months ago reported an issue with our security door which was being accessed by non residents. This has caused a lot of anti social behaviour and I no longer feel safe in my own apartment. When I was unsatisfied with the lack of response I… asked for the company's official complaints procedure. I was told to forward my initial complaint to Paul Boothman who is the manager. Two weeks later I still have not had any kind of response to my complaint. I actually had to email him again
