Chads Cars are a licenced Private Hire Company in the City of Derby and have been established for over 25 years. During this time our fleet has grown to its present level and we currently operate around 170 licenced vehicles which are mainly four-door saloons and estates. We also have wheelchair accessible vehicles and multi-seat vehicles which can carry up to 8 passengers.
Services
Ringback is our callback service to notify landline customers that their taxi has or will arrive shortly. The ringback is activated by a driver when s/he notifies our system that they have arrived at the pick-up location. Textback is a service used for customers who have booked using a Mobile Phone.
Because of the technology that Chads Cars have invested in over the years we are able to accept bookings in a variety of ways; over the phone, IVR, iCabbi and by Mobile App. You can also of course book a Taxi in the conventional way, by ringing our call centre on 01332 666222 or 01332 280555 and speaking to one of our fully trained operators.
