When sending a watch or jewellery item to In-Time for repair the below address must be used. We do not accept customers at our main workshop. Please use our branch locator instead to find your nearest In-Time. A watch or jewellery technician will carry out a thorough inspection of your items, free of charge.
At In-Time we provide a watch battery replacement service for most brands and we recommend having your watch battery replaced every two years, to ensure it's running at optimal level. Our experts recommend the resealing and pressure testing of all water resistant rated watches following a battery replacement, to avoid moisture and other contaminants entering the watch and causing damage to the hands/dial and corrosion to the movement.
