If a keeper of a dog which is not microchipped gets served with a notice requiring them to have the dog chipped, they will have 21 days to do this. I booked a consultation with them as the vet my dog was with previously did not respond quick enough nor help me when in need of an Animal Heath Certificate. Poplar Vets were so quick to reply and were very attentive and helpful. The whole experience was great. Everyone very friendly and the Vet was super careful to listen to everything and to guide me through the AHC procedures. Thanks!

Critical: Professionalism
Waited 4 months for my appointment. Payed the deposit etc. Was at the clinic 30 minutes early, just to be told that they tried to call me today that they haven't got the space? The clinic is a joke. Was a customer for 6 years. Its the third time they mess up with my appointment.

I booked an appointment sometime in July for microchipping my cat and the earliest date they could give me was the 20th of August. I talked to a young lady on the phone asking if I would be able to get the appointment if my cat was registered elsewhere, she said yes that's fine. Day before the appointment I call to confirm that I have an appointment tomorrow and the person at the phone couldn't find me. They went off to check their records and put me on hold for a couple of minutes before hanging up and BLOCKING MY NUMBER?! I'm going in for my appointment time tomorrow to see if I can get this

What can i say? There was an elderly receptionist who was very rude and made snide remarks regarding our treatment of our cat. I have looked after and fed 6 cats from kittenhood to their adult age. They have all grown to be healthy and strong cats which i was never required to take the vets at all. However our recent addition to the family Lynx (incase they say they dont have our records) was a very ill cat from when we got him. He has a hernia. However this receptionist was extremely rude to us and insinuated we shouldn't have cats because the food we feed them is "working class food." The vets
