Jackson Quinn specialise in three areas of law - family disputes, residential and commercial property, and wills, trusts and probate law. Family disputes can affect almost everyone at some point in their lives. They can be extremely emotive and stressful, and it takes the specialist skills of an understanding and experienced family lawyer to reach a solution.
Looking after children can be a challenge to any parents. Sometimes social services may become involved with a family if there are concerns about the health and well being of a child or children. A sustained course of harassment, physical assault and criminal damage are criminal offences. This means that the police can arrest, charge and place a person before the criminal courts to be tried, if they suspect any of these have been committed.
