Our commitment to you extends to our pricing when arranging a funeral. Our dignified approach applies to all our funerals. Whatever type of funeral is arranged the costing will be known to you when the arrangements are being made. Our charges and professional fees for arranging and conducting a Funeral Service are extremely competitive.
If you are uncertain whether someone is dead, call the police or dial 999 and ask for an ambulance. If death was expected and the deceased was in the care of a doctor, it would be reasonable to wait until morning rather than telephone in the night hours. If it is necessary for the deceased to be moved during the night, then a doctor must be called first, before asking the funeral director to effect removal of the deceased.
We provide a 24 hour service every day of the year and you are guaranteed to receive immediate personal advice and help at all times, either at a family member's home or at our premises. The funeral director and member(s) of the family will meet to arrange the funeral at a time convenient to you.
The funeral director can carry out all practical arrangements required and thus relieve the bereaved of these duties at what can be a very emotional time.The deceased will rest in our private chapel, where relatives and friends may visit. If requested we can usually arrange free transport to our premises for you to make arrangements and visit the chapel.
