Services
Completion of all necessary paperwork at our premises or your home during normal working hours. Provision of Mercedes hearse for the conveyance of the deceased to Church and/or Crematorium and/or Cemetery. Cortege to leave from families chosen address and returned to requested address after the Funeral.
As dedicated Key Workers all funerals will go ahead with our usual professional standards however there may be certain restrictions which we have to follow due to government guidelines. We will keep our families up to date with developments as they happen. If families have any concerns please do not hesitate to phone us as we are here and will answer your call 24/7.

This is the third time that Terry's have taken care of the last days of our parents lives leading to their funeral and final resting place. Excellent services, from start to finish. Very respectful, honest, helpful and caring. Service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them, happy to help us through this difficult time. Added to the covid 19 restrictions, they were very helpful with all the regulations, lead us throughout that process. Explained clearly what was permitted and what wasn't. Our heart felt thanks go to George, the lead on all matters, along with the other that work there

I would like to thank all the staff at c.terrys for their professionalism and care for my father Mr Neville Vickers.
Chris could not divulge any information about dates or times for my dads funeral and I totally understand that he couldn't.
Family issues have stopped me and my older brother from attending the final day of my dads time on earth and it hurts so much.
My younger brother as stopped all persons attending my dads funeral and it's wrong, they are doing this for financial gain and its sick.
Anyway thank you Chris, Kathleen and everyone else for your professional conduct.

Excellent company, all staff were very kind, caring, supportive and nothing was a problem. They helped make a sad and difficult time easier to manage. The funeral itself went without any issues and the time leading up to the day any queries we had were answered a.s.a.p. We did have an issue with the plot but this was nothing to do with Terry's and they helped us to sort this out. Thank you to all, would recommend.

Although the staff when we arranged the funeral were sensitive and supportive , and on the day things were also managed fairly well i felt the online service was poor and also based upon making money. I was asked a number of times, before the funeral, to leave feedback re the online condolences pages, and sent numerous emails, after the funeral, asking me to buy a book of this. When I contacted Terry's about stopping these they were somewhat dismissive and said it was nothing to do with them until I pushed them (they'd arranged it through their site and sorted the password etc.- they use the company

These gentlemen are very good at what they do, we couldn't have asked for anyone any better to help us with the funeral yesterday. They are extremely professional and I would just like to say a massive thank you. I really appreciate everything you've done for us all to make such a sad time of our lives a little easier for us.
I didn't travel to the funeral in the car as I followed behind on my motorcycle but the vehicles you provided were immaculate. Thank you again for yesterday.
