We have ordered from Tony Levoi on a number of occasions.
They have sent the wrong item twice, and when they owed us money would not send a refund. The man who answers is sarcastic and rude. I am sure they have lots of customers.
I recently ordered from them, and rather than admitting that they had messed up the order, they tried to blame us.

My husband & I were warmly greeted by Ricky Sunil on our first visit to Vauxhall and he was both personable and professional and not at all pushy which we both really really appreciated.

Ricky was an excellent salesman with fantastic customer service skills and a great sense of humour. He was really professional and polite. He made me feel at ease from the moment I spoke to him on the phone, so meeting him in person was a genuine pleasure.
