Be careful good friendly staff when they speak but not when they do. Ask me to pay and they will make spare key. They did not make after two days so I took car home and asked me to go 10 mile where the guy can make key near A13. However the key is not working so I called Chariots of Romford and they said when he come to hear I can go to them and they will repair the key. make sure before you pay them. Now they are saying I have to pay extra as it is not in invoice about second key

Bought a 1.6T Astra Sri from here 6 months ago. So far I have had to pay out £1200 in repairs. The warranty is explained as covering “all major parts”, which sounds great. However it’s major parts to the value of £250, I struggle to think what major part costs that much to fix as that wouldn’t even cover the labour cost of said repairs. Wouldn’t get you very far with a major part such as a gear box, clutch, or head gasket claim, especially if you have to take the car to a garage or their choice for repairs and you live 100 miles away like me! So effectively not worth the paper it’s

Excellent car sales company. They appear to have worked it out perfectly. When you arrive they don't hound you. They allow you time to look around. When they do approach, they do so in a very polite manner offering assistance. I have bought a car from them in the past and have also received great after sales care. Its time now for a new car and my first choice was to go back to Chariot's. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for. I will keep checking for a while because I trust them and their honesty in car sales.
