A warning to all that may use their services.
I have been complaining to Richmond Caterers for months regarding the unhygenic, possibly dangerous, manner in which they handle their waste. Swarms of blue-blottled flies frequent their bins which are located approximately 2 meters from the access door to the premises. More worryingly, it shares space with the vehicles they use to transport food and due to limited space, the bins and vehicles are often inches apart. I have no experience in regards to their customer relations, as I live nearby and have been put off for years due to their unsanitary

After taking an extremely long time to make a decision on who to have cater our wedding, my partner and I decided to go with Richmond Caterers and we couldn't be happier that we did.
Richmond caterers were a pleasure to deal with from the start. On first enquiry my wedding day was made to feel important to them and this attitude continued throughout planning, right through to the big day. Nothing was too much trouble and I know I was a pain with decision making but the whole team helped as much as they could as they fully understood that I just wanted my day to be perfect.
