We believe the food and drink at your wedding is often more of a talking point than the dress or decorative arrangements. Our experienced events team, together with our wedding specialists, will work hand in hand to produce a tailor - made menu reflective of your personal style, fitting in perfectly with the overall look and feel of your wedding day.
We can arrange to cook any of the items from our menu as well as entertain special requests such as cooking whole lambs or whatever else you may have in mind. Usually at least 3-4 days notice is expected for any food orders. Order by phone for collection or we can arrange cab delivery to a place of your choice.
We aim to help you find the perfect venue for your wedding or event. The Ballroom is a statement in luxury, comprised of an exceptional example of art deco design. One of London's most celebrated five-star hotels, Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park exudes an enticing mix of elegance and luxury. The London Marriott Grosvenor Square is situated in Mayfair, and boasts a lavish pillar free ballroom with elegant design and sparkling chandeliers.

Anybody organising an Asian wedding must use Sapna Catering. They were so helpful from day 1 and continue to be extremely helpful a month after my wedding. I was originally dealing with Rumana before she left and she was the best and I am still in contact with her. I had a smooth transition to Zeeshan who finalised everything for me and made sure the wedding on the day went perfectly. The food was absolutely delicious, everyone said it was the best food and the best wedding they had ever been to.

Sapna catering catered for our mehndi and wedding events in August this year. Rizwan was professional and very helpful and the food at both events were amazing. Presentation and flavours of each course were excellent. Given that we were supposed to have our wedding last year, (which had to be postponed because of the lockdown), Rizwan was so helpful in rescheduling his diary and holding dates for us, working with us to ensure everything was covered once we got our new date sorted. For each event he and his team made sure everything ran to time and we highly recommend using them.

I attend my best friends wedding last weekend in Windsor
It was a last minute wedding with all that’s been going on and well what can I say
The food was outstanding, so tasty and full of flavour
Service was also great the only issue really was the parking at the hotel

Zeeshan and all the team delivered an excellent service for my sisters Maryam’s home wedding in June 2021. Thankyou for being very professional and helpful throughout from selection of food to exceptional service. All the guests really enjoyed all the food. Canopies were a real treat. The luxury Sapna dessert table was enjoyed by all. I would like to thank you and your team again for everything you made my sister’s wedding day truly memorable. We used Zeeshan and Sapna caterers for a few pre wedding events, our civil wedding, wedding and reception across the past week and we couldn’t be happier. They were extremely professional and were extremely helpful throughout and couldn’t recommend them highly enough! All of their food was exceptional across Indian, Lebanese and Italian cuisines! They took a huge amount of stress and pressure away from us and genuinely can’t thank them enough!

Zeeshan and Sapna Catering are incredible! I cannot fault their support through 3 wedding date changes and one venue change - they were so supportive and accommodating and nothing was ever too much! Sapna Caterers recently delivered an excellent service for my sons wedding at the Natural History museum. From the communication and the respect to the food standards, everything was perfect. Amazing customer service from Rumana from the very first day I contacted Sapna Caterers and everything was really well executed by Zeeshan on the wedding day as I planned it. They are miles ahead of their competitors in terms of customer service and quality of the food. We had a lot of compliments about the food in respect of the taste and presentation from our guests. We cannot recommend Sapna enough and we will definitely use them in the future.
